After the class I received a hug that wasn’t just a hug. There was something so different about it, you could feel this was a real one. Coming from the truest and most authentic place. It was a hug that is really rare among people. Kind of like “endangered species“. Rare to be seen and felt. That is why you could feel it in an instance. It’s a special one.
All of a sudden everyone started hugging. Everyone in the circle. It just started spreading. It became a light. None of the practice mattered anymore – it was the past. That HUG and all of the hugging and coming together did. That SIMPLE hug. That was the biggest practice!
Sincereley thank you Ursula – none of this would happen, if I wouldn’t enter in that elevator with the flowers and meet you and your husband. Thank you.
