It’s good to go away sometimes. To quiet the mind and restore. To disconnet and reconnect with yourself.
At the end of July I was a guest yoga teacher at Bled Swing Dance Festival – Swinging Bled. And it turned out to be A LOT OF FUN!
When two ducks get into a fight, it never lasts long – they soon separate and fly off in opposite directions. Each duck then flap its wings vigorously several times. This releases the surplus energy that built up in him during the fight. After they flap their wings, they fly on peacefully as if nothing had ever happened.
It’s finally here. SUPyoga session are opened and waiting for you to come and catch some balance.

Bled, Slovenia. I am so thankful I get to live so close by it. Even a small morning or evening walk by the lake fills up my body with good vibes. And I always meet interesting people here.

It was a rainy session and so a rainy start of the season. But I did the class anyway even though I wanted to cancel it because of rain.
